Sometimes life is easy and the future clear, that’s when life finds ways to muddy the waters.

Li, a hunter from a time often forgotten, is a man who feel he is destined for greatness. He is the fastest, strongest, cleverest man he has ever known; but he is troubled.

He alone can see that disaster will strike, but he is powerless to prevent it. When his village is destroyed he survives and joins the search for a new home.

Disaster follows the tribe, they become separated from him. His is rescued by his estranged daughter Su and their journey together begins. Together they meet many people in different lands as Li discovers more about his people, his clan and himself.
